Zinake Privacy Policy
Privacy Coverage
Coverage applies to Zinake, the mobile app, and privacy requests sent to the operator.
Version record: effective May 29, 2026; last updated May 29, 2026.
This section gives the legal scope for the Policy without creating rights to any app material beyond the privacy commitments stated here.
Information We Handle
Information may include details you choose to enter in the app, saved or submitted content, preferences, app activity, device and diagnostics data, purchase-related confirmations from an app marketplace, and communications sent to our support or legal mailbox. Some information is provided directly by you, while other information may be generated automatically when the app operates on your device or interacts with service providers.
Where in-app purchases are available, payment processing is handled by the relevant app store or payment platform. Zinake may receive limited transaction information, such as purchase status, entitlement records, region, currency, or identifiers needed to provide paid access, handle fraud prevention, keep records, or respond to legal requests. We do not receive full payment card numbers from app marketplace operators.
User content remains subject to this Policy when it is stored, synced, transmitted, backed up, moderated, reviewed for support, or otherwise processed for app operation, security, compliance, or user-request handling.
Why Information Is Used
Information is used to operate, maintain, secure, and improve Zinake; provide purchased access where enabled; preserve user choices; respond to privacy and support communications; prevent abuse or misuse; diagnose crashes or technical issues; comply with law; enforce legal terms; and protect our rights, users, and service providers.
For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and similar regions, our lawful bases may include performance of a contract when information is needed to provide the app or purchased access, consent where required for optional processing, legitimate interests in maintaining security and improving reliability, legal obligation when records must be kept or disclosed, and legal claims where information is needed to establish, exercise, or defend rights.
Sharing and Service Providers
Information may be shared with service providers that help us host, store, analyze, secure, distribute, maintain, or support Zinake. These providers are authorized to handle information for limited purposes connected with their work for us and are expected to apply confidentiality and security measures appropriate to their role.
Information may also be shared with app stores, payment processors, analytics or diagnostics providers, legal advisers, professional service providers, authorities, or other parties when needed for purchases, security, compliance, dispute handling, legal process, business transfers, or protection of rights and safety.
Content or information you choose to make available outside the app, send to third parties, or process through third-party links is handled under the applicable third party's own rules. Their practices are not controlled by Zinake.
International Processing
Zinake and its service providers may process information in more than one country. The laws and protections in those countries may differ from those in your location.
When cross-border handling is required, we use measures that are appropriate for the relevant transfer, such as contractual safeguards, provider commitments, technical controls, limited access practices, and other mechanisms recognized by applicable privacy law. Users in regions with specific transfer rules may request more information about relevant safeguards through the privacy contact listed below.
Your Privacy Choices
Requests may include access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, or review of certain decisions, depending on the law that applies in your region and the nature of the information involved. Some requests may be limited where retention is required for security, legal, purchase, fraud-prevention, or dispute reasons.
You can also manage some privacy choices through device settings, app store settings, or marketplace purchase controls. Where a request affects information controlled by an app store, payment platform, device provider, or other third party, that provider may need to handle the request directly.
EEA and UK users may object to processing based on legitimate interests, withdraw consent where consent is the basis, and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. These rights may be subject to lawful limits, identity checks, and exceptions for legal claims or required records.
Safeguards
Zinake uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to reduce risks to information. These measures may include access limits, provider review, secure transmission practices, retention controls, operational monitoring, and procedures for responding to suspected security issues.
Retention periods depend on the purpose of the information. Records may be kept while needed to provide the app, maintain paid access, support security, answer requests, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or preserve evidence for legal claims. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, it is deleted, de-identified, or retained only in a limited form where lawful.
No digital service can guarantee absolute security. Users should keep their devices, app store credentials, and operating systems protected and should avoid sending sensitive information unless it is necessary for the request.
Age-Related Safeguards
Zinake is intended for users who can lawfully use mobile apps and make privacy choices on their own, or who use the app with involvement from a parent or guardian where required. If we learn that information has been provided by a minor in a way that requires parental consent or other legal authorization and that authorization is missing, we will take appropriate steps under applicable law.
Parents or guardians who believe a minor's information should be reviewed, limited, or removed may use the privacy contact channel below.
Privacy Contact
Privacy requests and related legal privacy communications should be sent to support@zinake.app.
Messages should include enough context for a lawful response. We may limit a response when the law permits or requires that limit.
Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy when Zinake changes, legal requirements develop, provider practices change, or privacy operations are updated. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable manner, such as through the app, website, marketplace page, or another notice method appropriate to the change.
The latest version will indicate its effective and last-updated dates. Continued use of Zinake after a revised policy becomes effective means the updated policy applies to later handling of information, while prior handling remains subject to the version in effect at the relevant time unless law requires otherwise.
